01 General Terms & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the tk 688 platform and all its services. By accessing tk 688's website, mobile app, or any associated service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

02 Account Registration & Management

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Taka).
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Once KYC is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 24–48 hours.
• Tk 688 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals in cases of suspicious transactions or fraud.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal (see Section 4).

04 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering

Tk 688 regularly offers Welcome Bonuses, Deposit Bonuses, Cashback, and special festive promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms and conditions — please read them carefully before opting in.

4.1 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• If wagering requirements are not met within the specified period after a bonus is claimed, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically approved.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it can only be used for betting.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling a specified multiple of your bonus before you can withdraw. For example, a 5x wagering requirement on a ৳100 bonus means you need to wager ৳500 in total to become eligible for withdrawal.

• Bonus wagering is restricted or not permitted on certain games.
• Tk 688 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

4.3 Abuse Prevention

Bonus Abuse and collecting bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If suspicious activity is detected, the account and all associated bonuses will be forfeited.

05 Betting Rules & Gaming Terms

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, virtual sports, and e-sports betting on tk 688. However, certain general terms apply uniformly across all categories.

5.1 Bet Placement Rules

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error on the system.
• The minimum bet amount varies by game and event — generally starting from ৳10.
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event.
• Bets placed after an event has started will not be accepted, except for live bets.

5.2 Odds & Results

5.3 Cancellations & Refunds

• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.

• Any bets found to be associated with match-fixing or corruption will be voided.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Arbitrage betting or system manipulation.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using or sharing another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or compromise the platform's security or systems.
• Using false information or fraudulent identification.

06 Responsible Gaming Policy

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, make sure your balance is zero or has been withdrawn. Any bonus balance still subject to wagering requirements will be forfeited.

09 Complaints & Dispute Resolution
